Paige in Iceland

I was lucky enough to have a chance to travel again on my first reading week of this semester in Paris! I decided to go on a once in a lifetime journey to Iceland and then Ireland. It has been a dream of mine to visit Iceland, so having the opportunity to do so was incredible. I spent the week with some friend’s horseback riding in lava fields, exploring the downtown city, taking a boat cruise under the northern lights, and completely the trip in a volcanic hot springs spa! Iceland was amazing and seeing the Northern Lights was on my bucket list! Being able to actually say I actually had a chance to see them is such a privilege. I concluded the break in Ireland. I explored the city of Dublin, Kilkenny, Wiclow National Park, and Glendelough National Park. It was beautiful seeing so many places in Ireland. A fun reminder of my sisters back home was seeing the Claddagh ring everywhere! Since it is traditionally Irish, you can find it in every single city and almost every store! Going on this trip was one of the best decisions I have ever made!
